Princeton Jr. Women's Club Baby Contest

Sponsored by Midland States Bank, Centrue Bank and Citizens First National Bank.

Entrants must be Bureau County Residents under 24 months of age as of September 19, 2011. Contest entries must be postmarked by August 23, 2011.

To enter, submit a wallet or snapshot-sized color photograph of the child to Cindy Harmon, contest-chairwoman at 252 N. Linn St, Princeton, IL 61356. No 5X7 photographs will be accepted. The baby’s name, sex, current age, birthdate, names of parents, addresses and day and evening phone numbers should be included on the back of the photo. Photos will be returned only if a self-addressed stamped envelope is included with the entry.

Voting will begin on August 21st and will continue until noon on September 9th.

The photographs will rotate and be displayed in the main lobbies of Midland States Bank, Centrue Bank and Citizens First National Bank. Date details for each of the 3 banks will be announced soon.

Each photograph will have a corresponding canister in which to place votes. One dollar equals 100 votes. The winners will be notified in the afternoon of September 10th and then introduced during that evening’s Homestead Festival awards ceremony and BBQ pork dinner/ice cream social.

The Princeton Junior Woman’s Club donates all of the proceeds from the contest back to the community through various projects throughout the year.
